PruDent-Hungary - Feedback

"Of Hungarian origin, I was pleased to have the PruDent dentists and staff look after my dental problems in 2012, as well as in 2010. I live in Canada and I had exorbitant quotes for crowns and bridges from Canadian dentists that drove me to seek treatment in Mexico, something I regretted later on. Not only was the price out of line, but there was also dishonesty that I have never experienced from dentists before in my long life. So, the next step was to search the internet for the best deal coupled with the most professionalism in Hungary, my country of origin. I was fortunate to have found PruDent where I had my upper teeth redone in zirconium in 2010, and my lowers in 2012. I am now almost 77 years old, yet my smile is that of a much younger woman. Based on my experiences, I can warmly recommend the reasonable prices, services and follow up with attention to the smallest detail by PruDent. I have just had 23 zirconium crowns put in & I have to say I am thrilled with the result. All the staff were lovely, the dentist was amazing (she has fantastic attention to detail & a very good eye) & despite the fact that I had revisions & final touches everyone remained helpful & dedicated. The price was excellent too, with no last minute surprises, & the treatment was painless (although long!) Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They ensured that I received the best treatment and was comfortable at all times. I had 5 zirconium crowns placed, for cosmetic purposes. I was very pleased with the results. I had a consultation with another dentist before going to Prudent and that dentist had said I was going to need to have 2 vital teeth pulled. The dentists at Prudent, however, were able to keep
all of my natural teeth, which was important to me. The total cost of the treatment was 1800 Euro, which included the cost of 5 zirconium crowns and 2 composite fillings. I was able to have the treatment completed within a 3 day trip to Mosonmagyarovar, Hungary.

The dentist of Prudent was the at most professional dentist that I had ever been to. He provided me with a treatment plan that was best for my dental situation. I consulted dentist in US and Germany, they only had alternatives that seem to be more fitting to their best interest (wallet). I had the dentist of Prudent to exam me and then I told him what work I would like, he then he recommended to me what he thought what was best. His alternative ironically cost less than what I told him that I wanted. The temporary work looked better than the finished work from the US even.

Further the two dental assistant staff, Ildiko and Susanna made me as comfortable as possible, and made the treatment much easier than I thought. I had less pain and felt more relaxed than I thought possible. The dental assistants seemed to really care on my comfort during the procedure, I have never felt better during dental treatment.
The customer liaison (I do not know her real title), I can not say enough good things about, she is a truly professional and friendly too. She made sure you are accommodated during your visit and treatment and also made sure that I had a comfortable place to stay, picked me up (I even had a car there) from the apartment, and made sure that I fully understood my treatment and the next steps. Further she provided me with the location of restaurants and stores near where I stayed.

Hallo, Prudent is wonderful, my experiance was really good! With all my frightened heart I had at the beginning, I felt surely cared and protected all the time! Having been married to a dentist, my fear was great at the beginning, but just after the first aenestetic moment I felt the really good hands of the doctor - and so it went on!
Whenever I have to have a work with my teeth, I will come back.

The accommodation includes a beautiful flat with all the mod-cons, fully secure in the heart of the Old Town and within a ten-minute stroll of the clinic. The flat has the added beenfits of wireless broadband and satellite TV.

We have no criticism at all, because our few days here at Prudent Hungary have been unbelievably nice, thanks to you all. You are a kind, highly skilled team of compassionate professionals - a rare combination! The quality of work is unparalleled value for money.

My husband and myself went to Hungary earlier this year and I can only compliment on the sheer professionalism of Prudent from start to finish. We were collected at the airport and taken to an apartment which was more than adequate and included in the price, so that was another bonus. The staff speak excellent English and were always at hand to help out when required to do so. The dentist and staff are lovely and everything is state of the art and ultra clean. We are going back in 3weeks for my husband to have his dental work completed and I cannot wait. He had 14 teeth removed and I even had 2 crowns replaced which I never intended doing as I am a bit of a coward when it comes to visiting the dentist here, but the dentist is so gentle that I myself might look at having implants. We met a couple who have been back numerous times and he had many implants and he was more than happy and they looked sensational. I am so pleased we chose Prudent Hungary and we have nothing but praise for them. Would I recommend? 200% yes!

I'm very happy about my mouth, couldn't be better. No pain and it looks nice, eating is no problem. The implants are doing very well.  Ev'ry one here is interested how it went, even my neighbours, have to tell them all. They come with stories about friends, who have mouth problems too. I tell them it's a difference of day and night . Sure i have had terrible experience before, but the difference is so big, the dentist of Prudent Hungary is making the company name a reality. Professionalism, quality, accuracy and precision. Prudent can be proud of what the dentist and his team are doing.

My experience at Prudent was fantastic. I felt comfortable from the minute i got picked up from the airport till i left. the staff  were great with me in every way. All the work was explained to me in every last detail before we agreed to go ahead with the treatment which i found helpful and professional. The service was excellent and the staff were so helpful and our whole experience was positive one at PruDent. Maybe a few short footnote to advise visitors of the railway station - maybe take a short note in Hungarian to the ticket counter when buying your ticket. There are good restaurants to go to and good places to shop. I would recommend this service to anyone! It was so well taken care of and efficient. Everone was very kind and you felt taken care of from the minute you arrived. Very pleased!

My experience at PruDent was excellent. I was extremely impressed with Christa's professionalism and responsiveness when I initially inquired about PruDent. When I arrived in Hungary I appreciated not only how accommodating all of the staff were but also the effort taken to ensure that I was comfortable and that all of my concerns were addressed. Thank you very much for all you've done for me. I really had great time in Hungary. I'll probably never forget those small villages, neat and cosy, with elegant yet austere churches; as well as picturesque hills glowing in the morning mist enlightened by the sun slowly rising from under the horizon; and of course that gorgeous endless lake that I suppose deserves the name of a sea. That was no less than a trip to a fairy tale. And though by the end of it I was dead tired - nevertheless I was absolutely happy. The only thing I'm sorry about is that I had too little time to get to know properly your lovely country. That's certainly a shame.
